The complete inspected release of all three test-vehicle boards (Control, Toroid, Hilbert): fabrication-ready Gerbers + Excellon + IPC-D-356A netlists + DXF, the fabrication specification, the five-round inspection campaign ledger (all ten defects D8–D17 found and fixed, all regression-locked behind gate R6), and the final inspection verdict with SHA-256 identity hashes. Independently verified: all five acceptance criteria PASS on all three boards. Scoped PASS — fabrication-input criteria only, not blanket DFM certification.
