Same-Lot Measurement Kit — pre-order ($99)

You can request a full refund at any time before the fabrication run is ordered. If same-lot fabrication is not confirmed within 60 days of your order, you receive a full refund automatically. No shipment promises are made beyond that — fabrication status is published honestly on the Resources page as it happens.

GTP-v3.3 Fabrication Package — digital download ($49)

Because this is a digital download, all sales are final once the download links have been delivered. If the files are defective, undeliverable, or not as described, contact us within 14 days of purchase and we will provide a working replacement or a full refund.

How to request a refund

Contact us with your order reference and the email you paid with. Refunds are returned to the original payment method and processed by Stripe, typically within 5 to 10 business days.
